SSyPC detains implicated in homicide crime in Cacahoatán

Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas.- Derived from the dissuasive operations designed in the State Security Table, elements of the Security and Protection Secretariat (SSyPC) detained David Ariel "N" for the crime of homicide to the detriment of whoever responded to the Name of Ángel "N" in the Salvador Urbina community of the municipality of Cacahoatán.

David Ariel "N" arrived at the home of the 74-year-old victim, injuring her in the abdomen with a firearm projectile, losing his life before being arrived at a hospital.

After hearing the criminal news and derived from a coordinated operation, elements of the Ministry of Security and Citizen Protection arrested David Ariel "N", who was assured of a .38 caliber revolver firearm with four useful cartridges and two hits. .

The detainee, the firearm and the cartridges were placed at the disposal of the Public Ministry in order to determine their legal status.

The Secretariat of Security and Citizen Protection reaffirms the serious commitment of the Government of Chiapas to guarantee the rule of law and security throughout the state, in accordance with the public policies of Governor Rutilio Escandón Cadenas.
